			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="margin-top: 0.4em; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.5em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.5em;">Have you ever found yourself troubleshooting a voice issue and you come to the point of needing to grab a packet capture on a router? This solution has caused me to push all of my router build&#8217;s of material to have high capacity flash cards (without compromising cost of course) and in those instances where I need more space than alloted in flash I cary a 1GB Compact Flash Card temporarily to grab these captures. I have found this a great tool when needing to troubleshoot:</p>

<li style="margin-bottom: 0.1em;">SIP Trunks through CUBE for detecting bleeding DTMF</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0.1em;">Multicast Music on Hold to the ISR then out via a PRI Trunk</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 0.1em;">Audio quality issues through an ISR</li>
